GETTING STARTED

In our initial interview we will openly discuss all of your options from simply acquire a new pup, having obedience training added or going all the way with advanced levels of training. You'll always get the best advise, service and fees that are outstanding for the level of services and pups we provide.

Next you'll receive your contract clearly stating the services we agreed to provide (puppy and training level), plus transportation fees. You'll be required to pay a deposit and we'll break down the balance and due dates. The contract will state our guarantees and disclosures. Once we receive your signed contract and deposit we'll put you in our schedule.

Once a client decides to work with us we put you in our breeding schedule. We cannot stress enough that we are NOT a puppy mill. We are serious breeders that ensure the safety and well-being of our mothers and offspring. We'll have puppies available throughout the year for you to choose from that best suits your own needs. We'll also place your pup in a training program depending on your choices. You can always upgrade before your puppy leaves our facility.

PK9 will offer you a few options for transporting your new pup to your home. We also provide options for those owners looking for advanced training and re-training. You always have a safe and reliable means to and from our facility.

Once your puppy arrives we will work with you to ensure you have the best advantage for acclimating together. It's an exciting time getting a new puppy, especially one of your dreams. But it requires carful steps to make the experience smooth and fruitful. Depending on your puppies level of experience and training, we will provide you with the right guidance. And no worries, we don't disappear after delivery. We want to keep in touch and be your reliable source over time.
